Micheál joined our first junior class in September 2014, and is the second of our younger members to progress through the youth grades to Adult black belt. Over the past 6-7 years has earned many acolades for his Aikido ability, including becoming UK National, European and World Champion at youth level.
Micheál, now has ambitions to replicate that achievement at adult level and is well on the way at UK National Level.
We were extremely proud to see Micheál achieving his Shodan at the Rising Dawn 2019 Seminar at Queen University Belfast last week-end. (BAA Spring School Ireland) .
Micheál was the standout candidate on the day putting in a superb performance with the help of his supporting uke's.
